Angry at anything and everything. For some reason.

I bought a new keychain today to add to my collection. Surprisingly, all the keychains I collect have a certain similarity to it. Go figure.

My dad and I still do not see eye to eye. I don't know why communications with him have broken down to only him asking me to do stuff and him scolding me about my excessive useage of my com. It's so unlike then, I don't feel like I can talk to him openly like before.

Why. That could be the reason for this odd fury. Maybe drowning in more Evanescence will work.

I must hide away until this subsides.

"I hide behind a smile as this perfect plan unfolds." - Evanescence, Away from me

Yea, today's the day I've been out of most. I know I'm a hermit.

I was forced out of my house in the morning to attend Chinese remedial in preparation for the Chinese O levels in a week. Stefan jacked me on the phone saying I was late and that Mr Suah had gone through a comprehension already. I started to sprint until he said "JOKING." Mrrgh.

Class was, as usual, injected with Mr Suah's good old jokes about practically any topic he's talking about. I wish he could stay for our final year in Catholic High :( I wonder how Stefan felt when Mr Suah made the Micheal Jackson joke about him trying to change the way he is.

After classes I sat with Stefan a little, then he had to go for "the remainder of Dance training" O.o right, like, the last 15 minutes after taking his time with the milo. I went to sit with Joel, and ended up being dragged down after tomorrow's class to watch, what?

HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL 3. AGH =X

After I watched the first movie, I had already classified it as "SENSELESS". I showed a couple of demostrations to Joel, and Jason as well when we met him. Say, I was snapping your hand, then for no reason I start snapping in rhythm, my foot starts tapping, people comes out from behind trees and start snapping and tapping in rhythm with me, and we start SSIIINNGGIIINNGG LLIKKKEEE TTTHIIISSSS~

Kinda reminds me of a Indian MTV.

I joined Joel in his trip home where he became my tour guide to a entirely new place in Bishan (well, to me. I've never even seen that area!) and we were talking and talking about our views on HSM and all, and I managed to go to his house to take a peek :D He has 3 siblings! O.O and his table and bed is really cool :D

But I think, THINK, I'd give HSM 3 a chance before I judge it again. Besides, Joel's going. I might as well join that crazy fan of people talking normally then THHHEEYY START SINGING YEA SING SING KEEP. UP. WITH. THE BEATS. Agh, too happy ._. *drowns in Evanescence*

Then we walked back to J8. And he had to go back for CCA after we raided the Library in search for self help books. So I went home.

Then I left home. Surprisingly. I traveled to Orchard MRT and I met up with Li, who just ended training o.o She accompanied me to Dhoby Ghaut in hunt for the Red Cross HQ =X Man, Dhoby Ghaut is HUGE. We wandered all around, even passing PC Bunk twice o.o Yea, eventually, after asking COUNTLESS of people, a security guard finally pointed us towards the building with the huge red cross. Oh, there O.O

We entered, and the lady at the counter snapped at me =X Then when I looked around, Lisa's instructions finally made sense =D "Up the spiral staircase, turn right into the glass door, into the office, first table you see, speak to the lady" The ladies there were very helpful, I got a whole list of dates, but apparently only the evening classes (8 whole 3hour classes!) were avaliable, but many dates clash with RSAF and Camp Pinnacle!

After speaking with the lady for some time, she finally offered to squeeze one more applicant into a 3 day Dec course (a 9hour a day classes!) and she let me fill up the form -carefully- and she'd help me settle the rest! Lessons on 6th and 7th Dec, test on 14th. So nice of her :)

Ahaha thanks Li for accompanying me. We both parted ways and went home.

My body mechanism is odd. I didn't feel tired when I got home, but as soon as I sat on my bed I knocked out o.o till about like, 9? My body has been shutting down suddenly ever since Day 3 of camp. It's real odd o.o

My dad's tone when he heard I signed up for a $90 first aid course wasn't too good. He hinted strongly on me taking up a Computer repairs class instead and learn how to fix our desktop. My mom kept asking why I signed up for it. Sigh. I'd foot the $90 myself, I've said it already.

I'm going to need your help after Os, Duo Geng =D

The pic that Weikit snapped of me during Laser Quest at camp. Ahah it's really cool from this angle: MX-22 EAGLE aimed at the fella I KNOW IS BEHIND THAT PILLAR. I like this angle loads :D

Too bad I'm going have to turn down Skirmish on the 6th Dec, the First Aid course is more important to me =X

Just a couple of random pics from the past few days:

- My bronze medal from Sports Night '08 -

It came only on the last day of school! Sports Dept. is *super* efficient ._.

My event was the 360 X 4 Relay Run - for House Joseph

It's my National Camp booklet and lanyard. I have them propped up in my cabinet, such stuff are irreplaceable.

The booklet contains stuff special to me =D

The lanyard has the drawing by Instructor Rizwan in it, it can do something special if you open it ^^ Exclusive to Alpha 3 peeps.

Super sexy.

Awarded to us FINALLY at the end of Part B leadership camp yesterday. I really really like it =D

Time for 3 star? XD

Time to get back to chinese,

Oh god tired. tired tired tired. I just got back from Annual Part B Leadership Camp 2008 for the sec 2s.

Overall, I think the camp went quite well, just a couple of hiccups. It wasn't too bad. My group, self-named Air Rangers (don't ask, I have no idea why). Honestly, I wanted to have them named Alpha (heeeeeeeeeeee.) My 2IC was Jared. The sec 2s in my group were Toh Hong, Xiang Kai, Javier, Nicholas and Yew Long.

Day 1 - Morning. REAL BORING. Seriously, nothing to do. Lessons were conducted, and it was basically everything we've learned before. I decided to try and stay awake throughout the morning and listen through. Really, it's nothing much o.o

Then came lunch =D Right after that was the Planning and Organisation of Camp lesson. Huiyang swooped in to conduct the lesson, and I assisted =D An assignment was given then for them to plan out. What followed was the IFC lessons. Again, nothing much to elaborate about, I followed Air Rangers around, the only thing worth mentioning was that I jabbed Bryan in the back with a rifle simply cause he put his hand in his pocket during interrogation by a sentry (myself) XD Remember how IFC mutuals are taught, Sec 2s!

After dinner, the sec 2s had their discussion and planning for their project and cadet's night. I carried on with my One-to-one interviews with the cadets, nothing concerning post, just to find out more about them as individuals. I got disrupted though, by 3 events that night. Three. I don't wanna type any out, but they were resolved one by one, and I'm glad to put them behind me. I believe they can all change for the better =)

I had a late night on Day 1. Oh~
THANKS Garry. Mei mei, stay strong please. Coping with death may not be the easiest of tasks, but the people around you will cushion your blow as your ah gong now resides in a better place =)

Day 2, I'm not sure where Jared disappeared to o.o I taught my group Drill mutuals and had their practice, oh man I need my breakfast =X Following that was Sir Qin Xue's lessons about BUC, which didn't need us to be present. I spent that timeslot talking to Sir Qin Zheng instead (oh yes, in case you're wondering, they are brothers, both from CHS NCC air. Sir Qin Xue's older, I think he was the pioneer batch. Sir Qin Zheng was the USM of CHS NCC air 2004, right before Xian Hui. I just realised my name's on the CHS NCC website already o.o ) Then in the next period I explained the duties of a USM to the sec 2s.

Lunch (thank GOODNESS NO HORRID PURPLE VEGGIES) followed, then was the Project presentations on their Camp Organisation. I suddenly got a call from Mr Goh: 3 slots were avaliable to NCOs for Laser Quest.

"OH YEA. I'M SO IN."

I found 2 other NCOs, Bryan and Darren. One more slot became avaliable, and Rong Xuan joined in. I was
SOO HYPED during the breifing for the game. I joined Team Delta and chose my rifle: The MX-22 named EAGLE. It was the well-balanced, versatile, jack-of-all-trades kind: performs reasonably well at close range and with a good range of about 200m, effective to a certain extend for sniping as well and rather lightweight. MY kind of gun ^^

The first round was a Death-match. I was up against Bryan's team. Mission: Kill as many as possible. 7 shots to "die" and you have to revive at your stationed medic. I was attached to Vincent as we crept around the third floor sniping down to the second floor. Alot of sprinting and doing 'rush movement' from IFC. Man I love EAGLE. At one point of time I was sprinting to my medic to revive, I spotted Bryan hiding right beside the medic waiting to attack me. I got revived and did a sprint for safety XD returning fire as Bryan chased me down chomping 3/7 of my lifes =X

Result: Charlie beat Delta by 4 deaths.

Rarrrgh. We waited for round 2 against Alpha. This time, it was more complicated. Every team would have a VIP. If the VIP is killed, it counts for 3 deaths. If the VIP is able to infiltrate the enemy's base and tap their medic, it counts for 5 redemption points for their team (5 revives are nullified). Our VIP was Abraham, and I joined Kian How in being the Distract-ers for the Escort team.

This round was better =D Kian How and I went as a team until Abra could score 1 tap on the medic scoring 5 redemption points before we died at different times, forcing us to split. Then I struck out alone to distract many of the opposition to one side of the corridor for Abra to strike again twice XD I only got found out later by Wei Sheng who chased me down 2 flights of stairs and killing me =X

Results: Delta lost to Alpha by raw score of 30 (deaths) - 28 (deaths). HOWEVER, we scored 15 redemption points and they scored 10, so final score is 15 - 18! Delta gets 3rd place :D

There were many lesson to learn from this game, I hope the sec 2s do remember them =)

After dinner followed CADET'S NIGHT. I love those, it's just really funny XD Ernest, still doing his video diary, was our MC. I really liked all the performances, Daniel's group was the funniest to me, super super cold jokes that can actually match up or beat Weikit XD I also saw something I shouldn't have seen @.@ *drowns face in tap*

Yes, you CAN scare your Sergeant Major with....such acts.

Somehow, Yong Hwee dragged out the Wei Xuan look-a-like: Benny Ang, to answer a plenty questions and talk about, basically, anything in general. And we all were cracking up for no apparent reason XD I myself don't logically understand why either!

Following that was a Sentry briefing by Bryan and a safety briefing by me. Bryan showed about 40 pictures of the route the sentries were to take, and the objective was for the sec 2s patrolling to take as many accurate pictures as depicted during their patrol around the secondary school and the (super creepy, scary, and dreadful) primary school compounds, while avoiding capture from the intruders (NCOs).

I subjected Clarence to singing duets with him while he went for a shower :D

My job was to flag off each shift of sentries. It wasn't much to do, after flagging them off Ernest and I did patrols around the secondary school compound for sentries. My favourite moment was in front of the primary school bookshop, Brandon sat infront of the piano, and he laid his fingers on the keys.

Everything seemed to stop for us NCOs. Ernest and I just stood watching, cameras recording, as Brandon played out what I think was a GUNDAM song, but it was kinda creepy in that atmosphere, the Evanescence mood, as it echoed throughout the school. Wow.

It's ironic how the NCOs got overpowered by like, the unexpected numbers of about SEVEN GUARDS. How on earth? There should only be 2 guards on duty! Everyone ended up helping everyone esle, and we got caught ._. I tried to leopard crawl away after being spotted, I ended up being chased down =X

I ended up falling asleep on my rifle by the stairs when Ernest and I took a break. Ernest forced me to go back to the bunk to rest.

A horrid headache formed on Day 3. Due to all of the NCOs drowsiness, we had to rush like crazy to leave the school on time and break camp =X Ragh.

Congrats to the Camp's Best Cadet: Tsang Yuk Tim =) Good job everyone, it was kinda hard for us to make a choice. Continue to work hard, all!

I really hope that the Sec 2s have gained much from this camp, learning from everything we taught, through scolding and through having fun. I really have to thank all the NCOs who came down, even those who came even though not required to help us out, we can all finally rest :D

Wait. No. O level's in a week. Dang. It's so close =X Time to really do my best in this one, and show my dad that I can score well ^^ I was never a fan of HSM, and never will be =X count me out.

I seemed to have lost contact with someone I speak with often. For some reason we've kinda stopped two-way conversations...I miss laughing whenever I read your messages..I really hope we could establish it once more =(

My table hides a secret that only I could understand. If it's out of place, so will I be.

Catholic High NCC (air) Unit's Challenge Quest team 2008 has achieved SILVER in the competition under Air district! Congrats and well done, 2SG Weixuan (IC), SSG Huiyang, CPL Vincent and LCP Benedict! You guys owned =)

Last day of school. Started horrid, I knew what was to happen. The first period was Mr Tan having the sex talk as planned. I was only half listening, it wasn't much of a concern then, I'm alone anyway =X I left the class at 0900 with Rui Jie and Jeremy to meet...her..once more to confirm our choices as to stay or leave our classes. I was firm - stay. Good. No issue. Time to leave you. I don't have to see you anymore.

I left the room, recess was super early at 0915 today. However, it was not for us. Brandon, Weikit, and I had to meet Mr Goh. Confidential.

After recess, I sat, feeling horrid, knowing what was to come. Contact Time. Mr Tan walked in, with the usual stack of green books. I took mine, and he handed me my CCA report and Overall Year Holistic Results. My CCA slip really looks good, alot of entries this year, and I see the words 'Participant of National Camp' =D

But what's the point if my Overall Year report is horrid? It's true, I'd go nowhere with my CCA slip if my results is this crappy. I failed
Phy. I failed Chem. I failed HCL. The highest grade is a B3. I utterly broke my promise =X I improved my L1R5 by 2 to 24, still ain't hitting my goal. But I did improve Amath by a whooping 12.5 marks. That's a start.

Just a hurdle in my way. Now the next one is overcoming my dad, then recovering from this temporary setback.

I really wasn't in the mood, but I was even more saddened. Mr Suah and Mrs Long would be leaving next year, Mr Suah to take care of his newborn, Mrs Long moving to SCGS D: I signed their card, and we took a class picture. Thanks ZongDa for forcing me to smile =X I'd really miss them both, they were really great teachers committed to pulling our grades up, staying back afternoon after afternoon, evening by evening, just to do more and more chinese and math. Sigh..

I really had no mood for the Science Centre excursion to the Omnitheatre. Many people really cheered me up then =D And we watched a documentary on rivers. Geog knowledge flooded (pun not intended) into my mind during the screening, it was actually rather interesting. The kayaking scenes were awesome, they were like 4-5 star skills being performed on those rapids!

With only popcorn as lunch, I rushed to the classroom and down to the store as soon as we got back, dumped everything, and ran to the bus-stop. Next stop: NCC HQ.

I ran, I stepped in a pothole, I ran some more until I was sweating like nuts at the entrance of HQ. Quickly moving to the Learning Corner, I met up with Mr Goh and surrendered my handphone to him, then he let me sprint to the MPH just in time to meet the CAT HIGH AIR CHALLENGE QUEST TEAM =D right before their first event.

Man, they were all geared up. First station: PUSH UPS. Everyone did theirs well, max score is 50 pushups within the 1 minute. Weixuan, our PTI, completed with time to spare o.o the other two juniors did rather well with 45+ recorded, but something unfortunate happened on Huiyang's end: apparently his assistant was bluring out and only recorded 23/50 of his pushups! MAN. so unfair to him, but we can make it up =)

Second station: SIT-UPS. Man, this, in my opinion, is the toughest to get 50 in 1 minute. I watched them all do, our team, as expected, scored fantastically well =D PTI: Full score. Everyone esle got high 40s =) Mr Goh and I were discussing about using technique in doing the sit-ups fast, wow I didn't know so much mechanics can be involved in such a simple activity XD

Station three: 1 KM RUN AND OBSTACLE COURSE. I went to the front line to cheer on the team starting out, and guess who I saw? HAIQALLL. NAT CAMP TENT MATE =D He finished all his events, and we chatted and wished one another good luck =D Ahh. My team shot off, and I went over to the place where I can view the obstacle course.

Woah. Vincent is the lightning. He was shooting ahead of the team and got there in like, 3+ minutes. Cat High cleared the obstacles with no kick, except I saw Huiyang slowing. Turns out his pants were dropping XD but Vincent excelled particularly in this event, since running is is best physical activity o.o then the team CHOINGED to the end point, and it was all done!

We hung around with the Cat High Land unit. With the one intention to only come here and cheer on my team, I ended up meeting so many people =D I spotted alot of Alpha guys and we were waving and smiling at one another. I met Jefferson, we were ex-schoolmates. More and more senior spec friends later at the award ceremony with David and Kevin and the rest of ACS(I) air XD I met XueFeng from Beatty air and she was taking part! Ahah I was really impressed at her will during the obstacle course. I talked to Major Gary Pek before his run, he said: "Let's have Air own this competition =D"

The CLT run was fun, I saw Sir Idham and Sir Fan Hao running, both of them dang fit =D Major Gary was also doing very well, for someone his age and being able to clear the obstacle course is a great thing =D

After more talking and people calling me old, we waited till the prize presentation finally started. I was really really hoping we could bring something back XD I shouted YYYYEEEESSSS when Cat High Air's name was mentioned in the list of award winners ^^ As mentioned above, we got our 2nd in Air district, Cat High Land got their Gold in their Central district =D We did our little "CAT HIGH" shout together later =)

All that training our team went through really paid off. I'm really really glad and proud of them ^^ Special thanks to Wei Xuan for his smart training and bringing his team to glory.

East district won the overall champion. I watched Sir Fan Hao go nuts with the Challenge Shield XD

Talking about medals, I finally received my 3rd place medal for Cat High Sports Night (like, 6 months ago) in the 4 X 360m relay. Sweet. Sure took it's time to get to me.

Oh, something random. A Sir approached me at HQ and asked "Cat High arh?" Ahaha we talked abit and turns out he was the USM of Cat High Land unit 1998. Sweet. We're a decade apart but still connected by NCC XD

Happy Mole Day. If you still remember what Mr Tan said, it's Oct the 23rd *gasp*

"But who, can decide, what they dream." - Evanesence, "Taking over Me"

Yes, I'm going into Evanesence more and more these days. Could only incline towards what I've been feeling ever since the final years ended. That aside, their album "Fallen" is awesome. Amy Lee's voice is fantastic at creating the goth atmosphere. Well, I just 'fallen' for them once more =)

Yes, call me a freak. I don't mind. I like them, it's MY choice.

Like how I'd make a choice as to change class or not.

It really takes alot for me to lose trust or hate someone. One woman achieved all that in 10 minutes. I shall not say names here. I got asked by Mr Tan to attend a meeting. He said no details, but I found out from Rui Jie (who was at the meeting as well), that it regarded our change of classes because we dropped Bio in the year. They "highly suggest that you boys change to a class more suited of your level and that you'd have more free time" and us "Bio failures" who are "a great shame to the science department". There's no need to consider, as the learning environment is "the same in all classes", and "It is you who creates your own environment" and that she "knows much better then you do on what goes on in classes" (coming from a person who doesn't teach any classes currently and only resides in her office) because she "have more resources and information then you do regarding the classes". I was highly polite, I looked you in the eye throughout your whole talk, but you treat us all like that because of our decisions, I really, really, condemn you. I stand my ground, I'm not changing my class. Let's see you try doing something about it, now that you've given me the choice.

Sigh. But I do feel better, thanks to the awesome friends I have =D Thanks Joel, Chia, Li and D ^^

Training..it's the last training for us all for the year. Sec 2s-to-be, you guys are gonna be Part Bs next year already, being the closest age group to the newly recruited Part As-to-be, you guys are also going to be role models to them! Please do improve your fitness and especially your drills.

Part Cs, as I've said, I'm going to be dead serious about camp this Sat. Be sure you have everything as required in the packing list, and be mentally prepared. This is the time for you guys to shine for your aspiring post in NCC.

I will get to the bottom of your case, Richie.

No teacher, or those who sit in the office all day, is going to take me down. Tomorrow, my fate has already been sealed with that slip of results. Nevertheless, it won't stop me.

How it would surprise all my classmates if I suddenly pull my grades up next year.

I sense that I got full marks for my class position once more.

I'm sorry, I didn't keep my end of the promise either =( Guess that makes us break even, right, so don't feel bad about your end..

Odd. I just received this in my email:

The Best Speller Award

Awarded to Benedict

Ha. Yea right, "Best Speller Award". Ever heard of the usage of technology? Apparently the person who awarded me never read any of my written compositions before...

Today was crazily busy XD First thing in the morning after rushing physics worksheet (which ended up no one collected it o.o) I had to go meet Clarence and Weikit for some issue. It wasn't the first time, but seeing Mr Goh flare up like that, even from a distance, is scary.

During chinese intensives, nothing really much. I felt the flat side of Mr Lin's yellow file o.o Sat beside Joel lata =D

After that was recess. I spent my whole recess helping the 5 NCOs going for the RSAF-NCC badge test today. Screw recess, it was worth helping them =) I just got information that all 5
( Rong Xuan, Ernest, Gar Wye, Kenneth & Wei Kun) has passed the test and have been awarded their RSAF-NCC badge for No.4. Congrats, guys, I'm really proud of you all!

After recess was this horrid talk about stuff that freaked me. Oh god the guy just had to mention cauliflower o.o I shall not delve into details here.

After school, I attended a meeting with Mr Goh and Weikit regarding Orientation on CCA Day 2009. NCC (air), we're all gonna work towards recruiting a full strength of 30 new cadets into our CCA as Part A'09s!

Student leaders, remember what Mr Teo said about Open House '08 kays. Important stuff for our school =)

After all that I went to the stores to slack abit. Since Weikit and Yongliang wanted to nap, I went over to the NPCC store. I dropped by bag there and hung around for a while before going to the restroom. When I got back, I saw the store in darkness with Jackson and Rui Jie standing outside. O.o I asked them what was going on, and they said:

"Huh. Si Hua just rushed off after locking, we were just waiting for you."

WAIT. MY BAG'S STILL IN THERE. No one had the key but Si Hua, so desperate liao, called Yong Kang and Si Hua who apparently left already: Yong Kang was at Bishan north, Si Hua was at J8 area. Heck, how did so many things happen while I was in the toilet?

Something fishy. I swear I saw the light in the store flicker. Jackson kept calling into the store "God, are you there?" In a final attempt to get my bag I actually wanted to go to J8 to find Si Hua, then Joel turned up as planned to go home together.

Then Yong Kang and Si Hua turned on the lights and jumped up ._.

I just got NPCC-ed.

Ahahah I have to admit, Jackson and Rui Jie's acting while jacking me was really good. I was seriously convinced by their coolness and attitude XD MAN. You guys were mean =X

Call me creepy, but I'm into Evanesence once more.

Have a safe and really reaaaalllyyy enjoyable double trip, Liz! Remember all the guilt you're packing with you :D Hahah joking ^^ Take cares! -doubt you'd be reading this, seeing that you should be at the airport by now XD -

That's why my MKE badge holds much important memories to me.

[Thirteen] Something you do a lot? Doodle without realising. Day-dreaming about something scenic =D

[Thirty-four] Who was the last person that made you upset/angry? Bryan, if you're reading this, it's you. Oh but I forgave you already, will talk to you about it on Monday.

[Thirty-five]Who was the last person you kissed? Must it really be a person? I don't remember...the last thing I put to my mouth without eating it was my pencil..

[Thirty-six] Do you like working in the yard? Haa. Bet it would be less dirty then working with soil the whole Sunday morning on my garden.

[Thirty-seven] If you could have any last name in the world, what would it be? Chan. Wait, I already have it.

[Thirty-eight] Do you act differently around the person you like? No not really, I'm usually equally calm or the exact opposite.

[Thirty-nine] What is your natural hair color? Jet Black. Thankfully =D

[Forty] Who was the last person to make you cry? No clue.

That's that =D Nothing really much eventful the past few days, still waiting for our LIT ELEC SCORES, MRS YAP. I had the weirdest conversation with Zejun on friday when he dropped my table and asked if he could tell me story. I agreed, and somehow the story evolved into one of
aliens and Area 21 and weird encounters and when I quested about something he contradicted he said:

"Omg. You were actually listening to the story?"

Ahah I felt so stupid then, actually trying to make sense to his ranting. On Sat, after endless packing, I had to drop my bro off for class and wait for 1 1/2 hour for him at J8 area. O.o I had so much time to burn I didn't know what to do. I spent most of it in bishan library finding books on art and first aid unsuccessfully =X I'm not going to say what I borrowed in the end!

And I picked up a deck of cards themed Kingdom Hearts. Yes, I'm a crazy fanboy XD I've spent the whole morning flipping and moving soil, and it's best that I get off to start unpacking boxes.

Regarding training, I really wanna teach you Sec 2s new things outside drills now, seeing that you guys must be considering your future posts already and your term as NCOS. So you guys MUST keep up your good standards in drills in order for us to teach other stuff! Last training for the term on Wednesday, I wanna see EVERYONE down. And you'all giving your all =)

Note to self: Clear up store. Again.

Cheer up kays, D? Because you have for me too ^^

Chinese O levels, good luck to all taking it! Just this last bit =D

Balthus

I'd take you by my side down this untrodden path if you'd take my hand once more =)

Are not sweet. At all.

To be truthful, the English and SS fruits were a little too bland, kinda average-y, seeing that I'm suppose to be good in these subjects. I've a feeling this "season's" Lit fruits are gonna be abit bitter. Chem and Phy fruits are just plain rotten. How good can it be when Mr Tan walks towards me hesitantly, and his first words were, "Well, you'd pass overall year..."

Well, I'm NOT gonna avoid it =D I'm gonna take these results head-on. To kick off, I've even started reading self-help books! Well, I'm going to have to concentrate on pulling up my sciences, something must have really gone wrong conceptually. And I still have my two self-development goals I wanna achieve =)

Yesterday, Daniel got hold of a copy of the crossword puzzle from Mr Mac's British paper. It was strangely addictive, the weird thrill of solving a word. I found the word "Tarot"! Ahaha Some are just pure nonsense to us, seeing that it isn't on a local context. I really wanna see the answers to them though =D

TODAY. After the depressing script check, I wandered around and saw Yong Hwee's little party! The first thing I saw was him running away o.o and something brown mashed on the floor o.o

"Oh man, why are you guys wasting a perfectly good cake?"

No one really listened to me, they just scooped it up and ran towards the primary school toilet. Only when I got there and heard them shouting "SMASH IT HARD" did I finally understand what's going on XD MAAN IT WAS A MESS. We had to help Hwee get cake out of his hair. Poor cake D: Hwee didn't seem to mind as much XD Garry and I had to pick up dregs of cake and flush them down =X

Then when we got back from the toilet to find the REAL cake all there, we sang our song =D We took the pics, but I was the photographer and wasn't in it =X Oh wells, we had cake, and we reviewed Hwee's gifts: A large yellow card signed by us all; Dumbbells for him to train up =D; Two t-shirts, one with his name, one with the name E***** on it! I'm not too sure what esle though o.o didn't look at the bag. Then I left them =)

I didn't feel like going home, so I sat around the grandstand. Then I saw something that irked me greatly. People wearing half-uniform doing drills on the track. Just because there is no senior around, they take it as they can fool about, with other people in school uniform as well, just because they think no one is watching. It was infuriating. These people do not reflect the much more respectable leaders of their CCA, just does not do justice to them. I made sure the relevant people got the information and screw those guys hard. It is a plain insult to your own CCA as well to other uniform groups that you cannot discipline yourself in the absence of your leaders. I cannot imagine such people taking over next year. My sec 2 class chairman's amongst them as well. I think it was the one time I was so genuinely angry over something for a long time. I hope these juniors would look in the direction of their leaders more and learn from them instead of those guys in school uniform they were fooling about in =(

I ended up talking to Gerald and others for sometime until Don invited us to the Land store for fighting matches. Yea, FIGHTING FISHES. I think I've gone nuts o.o I found it fun to watch Black Jaguar tearing up the other 'peaceful' fighting fishes XD I went nuts taking vids, but I can't upload any with this Mac. RAGH. We sort of celebrated Hwee's B'day again in the store =D And I spoke alot of chinese inside, I realised! Ahaha, O levels is influencing me XD

Happy 15th Birthday once more, our great Part C UDI Yong Hwee =D

Monday, October 13, 2008, 6:44 AM

Today, being the first day I got back to school after exams, slapped me real hard.

The day started early, I got to school to early now that my new home is so close to school. At 6.45 am I got Stefan's gift ready, wrote the b'day message, got Hans to do so as well, and waited to prance on Stef with it XD He said thanks and all with a smile when I gave it to him, but later...turns out he read the book before =( But thanks for breaking it to me so tactfully, Stef, I know its the thought that matters, like the coloured button and the sock... o.o

After all the Chinese intensives, Mrs Long swooped down on us for a binomial test for her 'survey' o.o dang. I dropped all thought of math right after the paper! Struggle struggle abit, then Mr Yong came to talk to me. He asked if he could speak honestly with me regarding my Physics --

This post has been cut short to the time when I dragged myself out of the classroom and when I walked pass Mrs Yap with Jared..

"Hold it, Benedict. Wh---"

I cut short her words because after the conversation that followed, I was too down in the dumps to say anything and just left. I think Mrs Yap realised what happened after Jared told her about the double whammy =X

But I really, really wanna thank many people for helping me out at school this afternoon. Jared, your does of PSP is additively healing; Andrew, you spent 10 mins in the toliet doing up your hair just so you'd wait for me =D; Hong Yu for talking senselessly XD; the whole NPCC gang of Yong Kang, Xavier, Gerald, Si Hua and Rui Jie for going to J8 with me =D You guys really cushioned my blows. Also Li, Xinhui, and D who let me rant =D thank you alls, I'm feeling a whole lot better ^^

I had a whole plan of what I wanted to achieve and do in the holidays, but it looks like I have cancel many =( Ahaha I may not look like a gamer, but the list I wanted to try out this holiday were:

-Kingdom Hearts I and II (PS2) DA LOVE
-Final Fantasy X (Tidus - Yuna! PS2)
-Final Fantasy XII (Vaan - Penelo PS2)
-The World Ends With You (DS)

Unsurprisingly, its all SquareEnix works. Yes I'm a fan. But that's all fat chance, because there's more important goals, like:

-Becoming a qualified first-aider (with Lisa's info and Duo Geng's guidance!)
-Drawing more and more completed, coloured works =D
-Get a job or volunteer work at a children playhouse
-Pull up my grades (Ok, maybe this is MOST important)

Besides those there is always...CCA. Upcoming is the NCC air annual Part B Leadership Camp to plan and execute, I hope you guys are ready for it =)

I really really really want to go for OAL camp 2008 as a senior..SAVE A SPOT FOR ME JOEL.

Balthus

P.S This is odd o.o how did all the white words become purple?

With each step I take, I know I'm getting closer, and I will get there one day, right down to the centre of your life =)

You are The Hierophant

Divine Wisdom. Manifestation. Explanation. Teaching.

All things relating to education, patience, help from superiors. The Hierophant is often considered to be a Guardian Angel.

The Hierophant's purpose is to bring the spiritual down to Earth. Where the High Priestess between her two pillars deals with realms beyond this Earth, the Hierophant (or High Priest) deals with worldly problems. He is well suited to do this because he strives to create harmony and peace in the midst of a crisis. The Hierophant's only problem is that he can be stubborn and hidebound. At his best, he is wise and soothing, at his worst, he is an unbending traditionalist.

What Tarot Card are You?
Take the Test to Find Out.

Oh great, that makes me feel soooo young ._. I'm going to take that as matured.

Marking day was so eventful. Wake up: pack. pack. pack. pack some more. Mounts and mounts of books I stashed away for so long.

The day wasn't eventful till I decided to turn on my desktop. It started up as usual, and I was taking out my drawing stuff when suddenly before it fully loaded, it restarted! I waited, and watched my com restart itself without full loading 7 times ._. 'AGH.' Sigh, the MSN virus finally triumphed over me. Guess I'd have to get it reformatted..there goes all my data =X

Then I wanted to try out my new earpiece. So I put it on and listened to the radio, my mom called for help, so I unplugged then O.O the catch on the plug snapped off. Omg. My mom was furious that something I bought from an unofficial shop broke in a day D= I called my dad and he dropped me off at J8 to get it changed. I spoke in English, the person wasn't real helpful, but once I changed to Chinese, she suddenly got a whole lot more enthusiastic o.o I got a replacement for no charge! =D It pays to speak the same language as the shopkeeper ^^

Agh, sorry I wasn't in school today. Family issues - they need me to help out around the house. I'm moving tomorrow =X I've been to the new house to help pack there - OMG. My dad did so much to it I could hardly recognise it =X Well, I really don't know how to describe it...but its amazing. I just wanted my room black and with a white spray can in hand XD but my mom wouldn't allow it =X

Then in the afternoon was....more packing =X It was embarrassing to read and see the things I drew and wrote then when my age was still a single digit. But I dug up many many interesting stuff =D I found my trove of precious keychains, even the one I'm saving up for 'the special moment', and I found the reason for my obsession with snails and rocks =D As much as I want to upload the pictures now, I packed away my USB cable ._. Till I get to the new house then!

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Saturday - Moving day =X

I awoke to the sound of noisy boxes being lifted =X Mrrghh. I shall not elaborate much now, it was: tiring, draining, noisy, suprisingly fun, irritating, boring at times o.o

I have many many pictures! But I can't upload them yet till I find some way to use this Mac...why must my Windows desktop crash D:

I'm really really tired. I'm just going to turn in now =X The new house is great and all, but its alot of work. I'd upload the pictures (and compete with
D ^^) when I can. No energy to colour words =X

Balthus

I'm not looking forward to chinese intensive!

Because even if the cards say it's impossible, I'd still be chasing you till the end of the deck =)

Hoo. Exams ended, and nicely as well! =D Lit was actually a fun paper, I was smiling as I read the unseen prose XD Though I didn't manage to conclude my last question, I think it went quite well.

WHATEVER. IT'S ALL OVER =D

But I cannot go crazy yet D: I have to...move house. I don't know why people think moving house is exciting, but it isn't! It's alot of work to pack (and find weird, odd stuff in cupboards that bring back bad memories) and it's time consuming =X And being the oldest boy I have to help me dad with many stuff. So it's not time for me to kick back yet!

BUT. I just couldn't resist, I had, had, HAD to draw something today XD I got out the basic outline of my next drawing! Now it's just about putting in the details =D

After my exam today, I had to clean up the store, cannot take the dust anymore =X Then I went down to J8 with Yong Kang, Si Hua and (!)Hanwen ._. 3 things in mind: Buy Stefan's gift, buy new earpiece, and buy new keychain.

I ACHIEVED THEM ALL =D My new earpiece is OWNAGE - Double sided! I can listen to regular, or I can flip it around to block out external noise, and it's at $15! YAY, GOOD BUY =D Then we went to Popular, Hanwen actually found a good book and we split the price o.O Then we went to Comics Collection, where I unwittingly spent 45 mins staring at keychains :D Then I chose Cloud's emblem from FF: Advent Children for my handphone pouch ^^

Then Si Hua let me play THE WORLD ENDS WITH YOU ^^ omg. Seriously, another work of art from SquareEnix, literately! The art is wow =D the battle system is wow =D the concept is wow =D the setting (Tokyo) is wow =D overall, The World Ends With You is, WOW. If only the emulator can play it properly...its so awesome till the emulator can't run it well D:

Well, as promised...A POST ABOUT JOEL YOW ZHI JIAN

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Joel Yow Zhi Jian. AGH I CAN'T RESIST ALREADY ::drags Joel's hand away from his pocket and snaps:: Ahh. Okays. Let us start with a little history...

Way back in Sec 1, Joel did'nt exsist o.o I did'nt know him for a whole year D:

BUT. In Sec 2, when he entered the Class Management Committee (like how I was saboh-ed into it...) He was the Assistant Class Chairman of 2-3. Damien (HEEE.) was the Chairman. And Imma Chairman of their neighbouring class, 2-2. Ahaha that's when I met Joel.

LIKEWISE JOEL, I THOUGHT YOU ENGLISH WAS NEAT AS WELL =D But I was kinda distracted by your high-hair then =D It looked cool. But I prefer your current hairstyle :D I shall tell you the bet Damien and I had, Joel.

Damien and I were arguing one Thursday morning before assembly. "On what day did we have CMC meeting with Ivan Yak (the president then) last week?" Damien said thursday, but I insisted it was tuesday! I remembered oh-so-clearly XD But Damien insisted he was sure as well! So we had a little bet: If I win, Damien would give me his assistant's (Joel's) tie. If he won, I'd do likewise and give him my assistant's tie. So we went to check with Irwin, AND I WON. so DAMIEN (still) OWE'S ME JOEL'S TIE!

Now. Joel is part of NPCC, head of a admin committee =D More importantly, he (still is, I insist!) the Vice-President of the CMC! That makes his tie even more valuable ^^ ("Oh look, I have the tie of a Chairman Exco! Going for 40 big bucks! =D") YOU MUST LET ME ON THE PANEL OF INTERVIEWERS FOR CMC EXCO '09! I'd be like, the honorary exco =D

I know Joel can sing, but he never did live for me, even though I did for him =D Yes, we both are known for snapping one another's hands. It's something I magically discovered during Investiture '08, that snapping hands heals one, physically mentally and emotionally =D Its like a *snap* "I'm feeling better!" during exams the *snap* always ends with a *ssszzzttt* as we slide our hands away, absorbing each other's good luck =D One day, we will develop a command for our snap hand drill (already demostrated to some people) and all uniform groups will learn it, passed down for generations as the 'Happy Drill', and our names will be carved on stone (and concrete, and bricks, and wood, and on tables), eternally remembered FOREVA =D

Joel appreciates my snail, and I appreciate that =D Joel, can be VERY COLD. omg. Every single word and phrase or anything normal can be twisted around by him to be a COLD JOKE =D and that's FUN, jiu yao yao (911) ^^ He's crazy, he quotes from Lit as well! We go crazy together snapping hands, and thanks for your lit notes! We should make a record as to how many we can snap at one shot ^^

I have a thing for art as much as you have a thing for photography, Yow =D

There you go, man that was fun *snap hands*
